TOUGH MUDDER TRAINING

A 10-12 mile course with rough terrain and plenty of inclines…

A summit elevation of 7,830 feet…

20-25 obstacles designed to challenge your abilities…

Mud pits, icy water, narrow tunnels and 12-foot walls…

Ropes, monkey bars, and 10,000 volts of electricity…

This is NOT something you can just dive into unprepared.

Which is why we are resuming our Sunday Morning Tough Mudder Workouts!

The next SoCal Tough Mudder is June 22nd & 23rd, 2013.

And from April 7th to June 16th, we will conduct a series of workouts at 8am on Sunday mornings to prep those brave souls who are willing to challenge this brutal course.

Now… you don’t have to actually DO the Tough Mudder in order to participate in these workouts.

Anyone who wants a good ass-kicking with our Badass Crew can come join in!  You can simply reserve your Sunday AMs for climbing monkey bars, scrambling over walls, bear crawling in the sand, and running up nasty hills.  Oh yeah.

Every week, we will meet in a different location.  So, if you’re interested in participating, make sure you fill out the form below to receive emails about our top secret meeting spots ;)

Prices for our 2-hour Sunday morning classes are as follows:

$20/class

$15/class if paying in full for entire series ($165 total)

$5/class for Badass Hour members

 

They say that you can’t complete the Tough Mudder alone.  And those of us who have earned the coveted orange headband can attest to that.  A Mudder NEEDS the support of others around him/her.  So, let’s get our training on together!  SEE YOU OUT THERE!!
