Which is why we are resuming our Sunday Morning Tough Mudder Workouts!
The next SoCal Tough Mudder is July 7th & 8th, 2012.
And from May 5th to June 30th, we will conduct a series of workouts at 8am on Sunday mornings to prep those brave souls who are willing to take the challenge of this brutal course.
Let’s just hope this year’s event is nowhere near as cold as last year!
Now… you don’t have to actually DO the Tough Mudder in order to participate in these workouts.
Anyone who wants a good ass-kicking with our Badass Crew can come join in! You can simply reserve your Sundays for climbing monkey bars, scrambling over walls, bear crawling in the sand, and running up nasty hills. Oh yeah.

Prices for our 2-hour Sunday morning classes are as follows:
$15/class
$10/class if committing to all 9 classes in the series ($90 total – payment required in full)
$5/class for Badass Hour members
