What if 2012 becomes the year that you finally transform yourself?

Not just another year of empty promises.

Or even another year of low energy, declining health, and too much body fat.

We’re talkin’ TOTAL TRANSFORMATION.

A new body.  A new outlook.  New capabilities.  A new YOU!

Despite what you’ve heard, it doesn’t take much to lose weight, get back in shape, and dramatically enhance the quality of your life.

All it takes is the right program, the right habits, and the right mentors…

THE RIGHT PROGRAM-

Project 2012 is a 12-week transformation project, with spots available for only 12 individuals.  The inaugural program runs from January 4th – March 31st.  It includes:

• An Initial Comprehensive Assessment & Group Meeting (January 4th)

• Three Weekly Outdoor Workouts at Marina Vista Park (5355 Eliot St) – beginning January 9th

6:30-7:30 AM on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays

• Bi-weekly Inspirational Meetings at Nu Image Now Wellness Center (3351 E. Hill St – Signal Hill)

7 PM every other Wednesday

• Ongoing Measurements and a Post-Program Assessment

• Homework Assignments, Supplemental Home Exercises, Results Tracking, Online Support

THE RIGHT HABITS-

Project 2012 does NOT employ a “one size fits all” program for nutrition, exercise, or lifestyle.  Behavioral goals, lifestyle changes and exercise expectations will be based on each person’s unique situation, background and body type.  This is one reason we have chosen to take only 12 individuals into the program.

Successful transformation requires compliance and consistency.  We do not expect you to comply with 10 different habits at once.  We do not expect you to be consistent with a complete overhaul of every unproductive behavior in your life.  No, this is not a fully developed program that we throw at you on day 1 and expect you to follow perfectly.  This is an opportunity to become your own human guinea pig and to determine what habits work best for you… one habit at a time.  One successful step at a time.

Every individual is different.  And this program aims to celebrate those differences and find out how each individual thrives.  It aims to push each person toward their own personal potential!

THE RIGHT MENTORS-

Project 2012 is the creation of the ‘official fitness professionals of the Long Beach Roller Derby’.  Christy (“Boba Femme”) Drescher and Kim Ball have developed a passion for empowering individuals toward their ultimate potential.  Besides helping hundreds of derby girls push past obstacles and undergo incredibly positive transformations, Drescher and Ball have each built up their own businesses in the non-derby world.

Drescher teaches proper body mechanics, aims to prevent injury, and rehabilitates imbalances through her work with Pilates.  She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach.  Find out more about ‘Boba Femme’ at www.christydrescher.com

Ball cultivates “badasses” out of ordinary folks through her “Badass Hour” strength & conditioning program and through her race training programs.  Discover more at www.deliberatemovementlbc.com

Together, these two ladies pack a power punch as mentors.  They have vowed to help YOU stay on track toward that transformation.  Taking step after step toward a better version of yourself.  Remaining consistent through the tough habit changes.  Working with you to reach your goals.
