When you are ready to jump in with both feet, we will begin with an initial assessment of your movement capabilities and your overall body composition. Once a starting point is determined and limitations are discovered, your journey can begin!
The Badass Hour meets at Marina Vista Park in Long Beach (5355 Eliot St.)
Class times are held from 6-7PM on Mon/Wed/Fri
With a monthly fee, you have the opportunity to attend class an unlimited amount of times in one month.
You need to bring an exercise/yoga mat, a foam roller, and a water bottle. A towel or extra layers might be necessary sometimes as well.
